Shipping 

I always aim to prepare and ship orders within 1-3 business days, often the next business day. For “pre-order” items, please note the time indicated in the listing. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Once shipped, your package should arrive within 4-10 business days for destinations within the US/Canada. But may on a rare occurrence be delayed due to cross-border customs, weather, holidays, or other reasons beyond my control. All orders within the US/Canada will receive an email with tracking. Shipping outside these Countries generally take 1-6 weeks and will be indicative of the type of shipping you choose at checkout. Tracking is always recommended! I can't be held responsible for lost untracked packages, or packages marked as "delivered".

 Returns & exchanges

I would be happy to return or exchange an item if notified within 3 days of delivery and shipped back within 3 days following. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning an item and the item must be returned in it's original condition and appropriate packaging. I will refund 100% of the purchase price less original; shipping charges. You may request a cancellation only before an item has shipped.

Custom Orders

At this time I do not offer any custom requests. My schedule is hectic and it stresses me out knowing someone is waiting on me.

Does the dark patina last forever?

Unfortunately, there is no permanent dark patina. I do seal every necklace/chain, but the longevity will be dependant on the wearers daily activities and body chemistry. To ensure the integrity of the patina, please do not shower or submerse your piece in water.

Can the rings be sized?

No, the rings I create can't be sized afterwards. Please ensure your size is correct before purchasing.
